Your retreat includes a charter flight from San José to Quepos, mountain transportation, and nourishing mostly vegan, plant-based meals throughout the week (some egg & dairy). Experience daily workshops with Maureen featuring nervous system regulation, optional gentle morning yoga, sound baths, spirit communication, past-life regression, intuitive development, acupressure/shiatsu clinic, and the beloved Postcards from Heaven event. Travel Information: Participants will arrive in San José, Costa Rica, on March 14th, and stay overnight near the airport in preparation for our private charter flight departing at approximately 9:00 a.m. the following morning. The overnight hotel stay in San José, along with meals and transportation that evening, are not included in the retreat price and are the responsibility of each participant. From there, your Soul Shift experience begins as we board our charter flight to Quepos and journey to the magical mountaintop sanctuary of Imiloa Institute. FLIGHT FROM YOUR DESTINATION NOT INCLUDED.
